Inside Adobe Illustrator, there are two main tools for object selection is the Selection tool
and the Direct Selection tool.
We will try to experiment with using the Direct Selection tool to simplify the design.
Steps we have to do is:
Select File> Open and navigate to the folder you want to edit the picture. Select the name of the file and press Open.
Select the Direct Selection tool from the Tools panel and click the cursor over the shape of the artwork design.
When we click the object, notice that the cursor changing the horizontal lines are point-point designs into squares / anchor point on the line that we click.
Click and drag to reposition or artwork.Reposisi line editing cursor over one end of the line to see how the cursor changes to indicate that there is a selected anchor point below
cursor. A gray box gives the x-and y-coordinates of anchor point also emerged. Click when we see an arrow with a small white square.
If the design is in conformity with what we want, click OK
